North Star Career Coaching
I created North Star Career Coaching after talking to hundreds of people who were struggling to find jobs in their profession or at the seniority level they desired.
I spoke to talented individuals who gave up their dreams of working in the professional they wanted to because they had migrated to a new country, taken a maternity break, gone on a sabbatical or just explored something new.
My goal to is to help such individuals find a job by coaching them about strategies and tactics and guiding them through this difficult journey.
Having lived in 5 countries over the last 25 years, I am a senior executive in Australia. I have led companies and large functional teams; interviewed and hired hundreds of people.
This experience has given me insights and skills to coach individuals. I speak to leaders in recruitment and HR almost on a daily basis so I understand what companies are looking for and what works for successful candidates.
